Monday - Friday 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., Saturday 9:00 A.M to 2:00 P.M.,
Closed on Sunday but available for estimates 7 days a week.

Question: I want to find out what type of wood is best when it comes to quality?
Answer:
At ElmWood Flooring we have many different manufactures that we buy our wood from in order to bring you the best when it comes to woods and prices with have select or better grade A woods.

Question: How does your "Ten Year warranty" work?
Answer:
From the date that you sign the contract with us, it starts! this will be covered from the date you sign for the next ten years as written in our contract for work that we have done and what is covered. Warranty dose not cover any major damages that dose not have to do with normal wear and tear of every day use.

Question: what are your company’s prices?
Answer:
We value all of our customers for giving us the opportunity to service them and we will bring the very best competitive prices to all of our up coming customers on all types of woods and our labor costs.

Question: Will I expect any extra charges after signing the contract?
Answer:
"Yes" and "No".
Some times floors are hiding things that we cannot for see until we start, we will let you know right away what we find and tell you how much more it will cost to fix what is not written in the contract.

Question: How do I know if I am in need of a new floor or they just need to be re-sanded?
Answer:
The best way would be to have one of our professionals come to you and take a look, but if this is not what you are looking to do right away, a normal floor can be sanded 4 to 5 times before needing to be replaced, you can just look at the finish on the floor and see how bad it is? if the finish is almost gone and you are wearing down the wood its time for you to have them re-done or fixed by a E.W.F. professional.

Question: If the work that I'm looking to have done, costs a lot of money,
dose ElmWood Flooring have a payment plan?
Answer:
Yes we do!
We are willing to take three easy payments that are spread out over the
course of doing the job.

Question: What is the dust factor when I have my floors re-sanded?
Answer:
95% dust free, We have the tools in order to have the dust collected in the machines.
unless you run a dust collector out to the trucks in turn will cost you more in the end.

Question: What is the best way, after my floors are done to keep them maintained?
Answer:

Question: How long before ElmWood Flooring would be able to start if I have decided
to go with having the work done by EWF?
Answer:
We treat all our customers the same and we have a first come first serve policy in place, once you sign and date the contract and have given us a 50% deposit payment we can put into the order with all our other jobs that we might have and start with in a short time, most of the time its about a week or two or right away! depending on how busy we are.

Question: When can I walk or put heavy stuff back on the floor after the poly drys?
Answer:
After we place the last coat of oil based poly or water we tell all our customers to wait 8 to 12
hours to walk on it and 48 to place any heavy items back in its place depending
on the humidity (dry times may very from place to place). It takes 5 to 6 days for the floor to be totally cured.
